01 About me
I’m a Service Designer, strategist and thinker with specialties in ideation and storytelling. Specifically my gift is to facilitate safe spaces for people to be fully authentic and open, thereby creating an atmosphere to fully connect and collaborate with one another. I enjoy blending the physical world with digital tools to add value to experience in an exciting way. Ideally I would like to use my skills to be an advocate for voices that are not always

As a designer, I love showing my work early and often to gain feedback and build trust. I highly value a transparent and collaborative work environment where everyone is able to speak openly, share knowledge and contribute to projects. Seeing the world through customer's lived experiences enables me to design the balance between practical breakthroughs and equity.
